CBS News reported that funerals are changing in America. For one thing, cremations are up! Now, 1 in 5 people are cremated in the United States. In California, 40% of its residents are choosing cremation. Wakes are shorter and people are choosing to not mourn the loss of their loved one as much as celebrating his or her life.
